Job summary

Achilles Information Limited is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver onsite and remote help across Australia. You will manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, and support end-user devices, networks, printers and workplace tech.

You will handle user accounts, access requests and device provisioning, troubleshoot issues via the IT Service Desk, and contribute to technology deployments and security best practices, aligned with ISO 27001 standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT support, desktop support or service desk.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience using IT service desk platforms.
• Able to work independently and in a global team.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to colleagues across Australia.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune.
• Support end-user devices, hardware, software, networks, printers and workplace technology.
• Manage user accounts, access requests and device provisioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through the IT Service Desk.
• Maintain asset and support documentation.
• Contribute to technology projects, rollouts and service improvements.
• Support IT operations in line with ISO 27001 and security best practices.
