Job summary

Enaex Australia is seeking a skilled IT Support & Administrator to join our Brisbane team. You’ll support a modern cloud environment for ~360 staff across 25+ sites, handling Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and security-focused tasks in a dynamic, small IT group.

The role offers varied work beyond traditional helpdesk, with remote support, project involvement, and opportunities to improve efficiency and security for our people.

Qualifications

• At least five years' ICT support experience, supported by a degree in Information Technology.
• Hands-on experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint and Teams.
• Experience providing Windows desktop, remote-user and basic network support across multiple locations.
• Working knowledge of current cybersecurity practices, patching and system maintenance.
• Experience with PowerShell or scripting to assist with deployment, administration and issue resolution.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Highly regarded - Microsoft Azure, M365 or Power Platform certifications and exposure to ITIL, NIST or ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users across multiple Australian locations.
• Troubleshoot end-user devices, applications, networks, MFDs and user security issues.
• Manage user access and device provisioning, including onboarding new users and supporting new sites.
• Maintain and administer Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune, supporting a secure and reliable technology environment.
• Monitor cybersecurity tools, assist with incident resolution and elevate issues to third-party providers where required.
• Contribute to IT projects, documentation, knowledge resources and continuous improvement initiatives.
