Job summary

Knight Health is seeking an IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical support across its head office and pre-employment medical clinic sites. The role reports to the IT and Business Systems Analyst and involves Level 1 and some Level 2 support, ensuring devices and user accounts are ready for use.

You will manage device setup, onboarding/offboarding, basic network troubleshooting, and support for Microsoft 365 and common business apps.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and common workplace hardware.
• Experience setting up devices and administering user accounts.
• Basic networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and some Level 2 IT support for head office and clinic sites.
• Troubleshoot computers, tablets, phones, printers and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, email access and software licences.
• Set up devices and enroll them in management platforms.
• Assist with clinic technology installation and basic network issues.
• Document support guides and ticket progress.
• Escalate complex issues per procedures.
