Latrobe Regional Health in Gippsland is seeking a Computer Support Officer to join the ICT team on a full-time basis. You will provide first and second-level ICT support across clinical and corporate environments, ensuring secure, reliable technology to support patient care.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, MFA and strong customer service. You will contribute to cyber security, asset management and ongoing ICT improvements in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ICT service desk or end-user support.
• Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365 apps and MFA.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, networking and device management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level ICT support for hardware, software and applications.
• Maintain service records and communicate with users.
• Assist with identity management and MFA requests.
• Monitor ICT systems and assist with improvements.
• Contribute to cyber security, asset management and change control.
• Support ICT projects and system upgrades.
