Office Solutions IT in Melbourne CBD is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to join our hybrid team. You’ll provide helpdesk support and project work to a diverse client base across industries, with desktop, network, server, storage, and cybersecurity tasks.

Expect strong collaboration, clear client communication, and opportunities to grow into senior roles. Two shifts are available, with flexible WFH options and a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years' experience in a Level 2+ generalist role in an IT managed service provider or similar broad environment.
• Current Microsoft certifications will be looked at with seriously impressed eyebrows.
• You must be a great communicator who can explain IT concepts clearly over phone, email or in person.
• Self-motivated with eagerness to contribute to team and client performance.
• Valid Driver's License and access to a work-safe vehicle.

• Provide helpdesk support and project work to businesses.
• Handle desktop support, network deployments, and troubleshooting, servers and storage infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Work both remotely and face-to-face with clients to build strong rapport.
