Job summary

Ignite Travel Group is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the Technology team in Broadbeach, Gold Coast. You will provide hands-on desktop and network support, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain a reliable computing environment for all staff.

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you’ll contribute to security, upgrades, and process improvements while delivering excellent service to Flight Centre customers and colleagues in a dynamic travel group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or an equivalent practical experience.
• Proven IT Helpdesk/Service Desk/Desktop Support experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site ICT environments and end-users.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests with ticketing system and SLA compliance.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, peripherals, and software.
