Job summary

Ignite Travel Group is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Technology team on the Gold Coast. You will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a reliable computing environment to keep our people productive.

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will manage incidents, support network infrastructure, deploy new technology, and contribute to continuous improvement while promoting a safe, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar service environment.
• Experience supporting ICT systems across multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS and common business software.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and system issues in a timely manner.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications.
• Perform system upgrades, software updates, and security patching activities.
• Support LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, including troubleshooting connectivity and network-related issues.
• Deploy and configure new laptops, workstations, mobile devices, and user accounts in line with security requirements.
• Maintain IT security standards through user access management, malware protection, backups, and policy compliance.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve IT processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all staff feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
