Ignite Travel Group is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Technology team in Broadbeach, QLD. You will provide frontline technical assistance, manage incidents, and support network infrastructure across our sites while improving IT processes and user experience.

The role requires a degree in IT or equivalent experience, plus hands-on support across Windows/macOS and common business software. You will thrive in a collaborative, customer-focused environment in a beachfront office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or similar environment.
• Experience supporting users, ICT systems, and multi-site technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software and system issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system with SLA compliance.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Perform system upgrades, software updates, and security patching activities.
• Support LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Deploy and configure laptops, workstations, mobile devices, and user accounts with security in mind.
• Maintain IT security standards through access management, backups, and policy compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and service delivery.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible workplace.
