Job summary

Australian Taxation Office is recruiting an IT Services Officer (Affirmative measure – disability employment) in Sydney. You will contribute to delivery and support of critical IT services, working with stakeholders, technical teams and project groups to achieve customer-focused outcomes.

You’ll investigate requests, support users, analyse information, and participate in continuous service improvement, reporting and knowledge management to ensure reliable IT services across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service delivery and support.
• Familiarity with ITIL and SIAM principles is advantageous.
• Ability to analyse information and contribute to continuous improvement.
