Job summary

Balance Recruitment and Balance Consulting is seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager based in Western Sydney to lead end-to-end IT projects within the Building & Construction / Infrastructure / Civil Engineering sectors.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage budgets, and oversee change control while ensuring security and go-live readiness. ERP/CRM and data/integration projects are a valued background; Prince2 or PMP is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects end-to-end in construction/infrastructure environments.
• Delivery across a broad range of systems, platforms and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to apply Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project delivery models.
• ERP/CRM implementations and data/integration projects, with security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financials including estimates, budget tracking, forecasting
• Manage change control and communicating changes to stakeholders and delivery teams
• Ensure solution delivery meets security, operational requirements and manage go-live readiness

Your history

• Building & Construction / Infrastructure / Civil Engineering / Blue Collar business domain knowledge
• Delivery across a broad range of systems, platforms and infrastructure
• Demonstrable experience delivering projects using Agile / Waterfall and Hybrid models
• Cutover planning, training, support and handover of new solutions
• Ideally you will have delivered / worked on ERP / CRM platform, data / integration, security projects
• Project Management Certification (Prince 2, PMP) is preferred but not mandatory
