Job summary

Balance Recruitment and Balance Consulting is seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager based in Western Sydney to lead end-to-end IT projects within the Building & Construction / Infrastructure / Civil Engineering sectors.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage budgets, and oversee change control while ensuring security and go-live readiness. ERP/CRM and data/integration projects are a valued background; Prince2 or PMP is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects end-to-end in construction/infrastructure environments.
• Delivery across a broad range of systems, platforms and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to apply Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project delivery models.
• ERP/CRM implementations and data/integration projects, with security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into deliverables and roadmaps.
• Manage project financials including estimates, budget tracking and forecasting.
• Oversee change control and communicate changes to stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Ensure solution delivery meets security and operational requirements and manage go-live readiness.
