Qualifications

• 10+ years IT industry experience with 5-7 years in project leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing project budgets between $2M-$10M+ AUD.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and complex financial modeling.
• Background in cloud migrations or major ERP/CRM implementations.
• Strong stakeholder influence and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs exceeding $5M+ AUD, from business case development through to post-implementation review.
• Apply expert knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional teams including Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Testers.
• Present project health, risks, and ROI to executive stakeholders and steering committees.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations with external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with Australian cybersecurity standards and data privacy requirements.
