Launch Recruitment - IT Recruiting in Sydney NSW is seeking a Project Manager who thrives in a technology-driven environment and knows how to turn complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end software and technology projects, work with development teams and stakeholders, and balance structure with flexibility to deliver successful outcomes across the delivery lifecycle. This permanent hybrid role offers a competitive salary up to AU$160,000 plus super.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Project Management experience delivering software or technology projects
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technology delivery environments
• Experience working closely with development teams, including developers, business analysts, testers and technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, with the ability to work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to manage projects through ambiguity, evolving requirements and changing priorities
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks and delivery timelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and translate complex information into actionable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of software and technology projects, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, timelines, risks and dependencies
• Work closely with development teams and business stakeholders to coordinate delivery activities and maintain alignment
• Establish clear project plans, milestones and reporting to support effective deliveryIdentify and manage risks, issues and blockers to keep projects progressing
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business areas to ensure shared understanding and alignment
• Support effective Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement across projects
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on key business outcomes
• Build strong working relationships across technical and operational teams
