• Hands-on technology project delivery in a federated enterprise environment.
• Experience in Construction or Infrastructure industry or similar multi-site environments.
• PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile Certifications are well regarded.
• Display an adaptable and dynamic attitude to your work.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups and supporting leadership.

Responsibilities

• Engage with subsidiary companies to document and analyse their requirements and conduct thorough project scoping.
• Collaborate with a team of in-house and external technical resources to ensure the right people are working on each project and delivering real value.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and create prioritisation plans so that several initiatives can be delivered concurrently.
• Run hypercare, performance monitoring, and reporting activities so leadership can easily understand where the value is being realised.
• Strong documentation skills are essential so that the business can create a repeatable and efficient project delivery process.

Capstone Recruitment is currently partnering with a multi-national infrastructure organisation looking to appoint a technology project delivery professional to support the regional Head of IT for a variety of information technology and digital initiatives. This is a permanent role and will see you hold responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring that each stakeholder's specific requirements are met.

The salary banding for this role is circa $140-150k + superannuation, and is dependent on your relevant industry and career experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with subsidiary companies to document and analyse their requirements and conduct thorough project scoping.
• Collaborate with a team of in-house and external technical resources to ensure that the right people are working on each project and delivering real value.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and create prioritisation plans so that several initiatives can be delivered concurrently.

• Strong documentation skills are essential so that the business can create a repeatable and efficient project delivery process.

Key Criteria

• Demonstrated experience in a hands-on technology project delivery role within a federated enterprise environment, delivering a variety of projects e.g. security, automation, SaaS product uplift etc.
• Experience in the Construction or Infrastructure industry, or similar multi-site environments, is highly regarded.
• Relevant project delivery qualifications like PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile Certifications are well regarded.
• Display an adaptable and dynamic attitude to your work. This style of environment will have different demands every day and requires someone that can pivot effectively.
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholder groups and supporting business leadership.
