Evolvex Group is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in delivering IT projects on time, within budget and within scope. You will liaise between project teams, clients and suppliers on initiatives such as Microsoft 365 deployments, network installs, security upgrades and custom software builds.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, cost control, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualificações

• Diploma or higher in Project Management, Information Technology or Business.
• At least two years' experience as a Project Coordinator/Administrator on IT projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, cost control and risk management basics.
• Experience with purchase orders, supplier invoices and project documentation.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and project scheduling software.
• Experience with Agile or PRINCE2 is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Help plan project scope, milestones and timelines.
• Build and maintain project schedules and allocate staff and equipment.
• Organise meetings, progress reviews and client handovers with agendas and action logs.
• Prepare quotes, change requests and scope variations with clients.
• Monitor contractor and supplier work against orders.
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate client invoicing at milestones.
• Track costs against budget and flag variances.
• Maintain project records, approvals and document registers.
• Keep risk and issue registers and raise concerns early.
• Prepare weekly status reports and project close-out updates.
