• Experience in project administration or coordination in construction environments.
• Exposure to infrastructure, manufacturing, or delivery-focused settings.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and document quality control.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Proactive approach to identifying delays and ownership gaps.
• Experience with project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project administration across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Support engineering teams with deliverables preparation, review, and submission.
• Review documents for quality, completeness, and accuracy before client issue.
• Submit and track project documents using document control software.
• Track actions and upcoming deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Maintain visibility across activities and identify upcoming priorities.
• Liaise with project teams, managers, seniors, and clients.
• Facilitate and support meetings, tracking actions and follow-ups.
• Drive accountability to obtain information for submissions.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
