ASI Solutions is an Australian-owned technology partner helping organisations deliver agile, reliable IT at scale. This role sits in our Services team to keep projects on time, on budget and high quality.

As Project Coordinator you will orchestrate client-facing and internal projects from infrastructure deployments to cloud migrations, coordinating engineers, vendors and stakeholders while maintaining progress, risk, and financials.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a project coordinator role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including reporting.
• Excellent time management, organisation and planning.
• Confidence managing internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
• Ability to drive and motivate a project team.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-facing and internal projects end to end, from infrastructure deployments to cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives and service transitions
• Coordinate engineers, vendors and client stakeholders so work keeps moving
• Manage project RAID, reporting and financials, with clear measures of progress against targets, goals and budgets
• Communicate openly and regularly with key stakeholders, in line with our Project Delivery Process
• Win together by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping the team meet its goals
• Think boldly by finding ways to improve how we deliver, and by making the most of opportunities with customers and vendors
• Work in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards
