Job description

As a key member of the team, you will co-ordinate, oversee and manage the delivery of ICT projects and Implementation tasks with multiple stakeholders in a managed service environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for the planning, co-ordination, delivery and implementation of an allocated project within a larger program of work.

Duties of the role:

• Manage ICT projects and clients including the preparation of project financial plans and managing the revenue and costs in accordance with the project budget.
• Lead project teams ensuring the successful integration of activities is achieved and completed in a timely manner.
• Proactively promote an effective working culture by capturing and sharing knowledge, supporting common procedures and practices
• Conduct and implement auditing principles to projects as directed.
• Identify, analyse and manage issues and risks in relation to other projects and project dependency.
• Prepare implementation plans for communication with major stakeholders.

Skills and experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating and delivering M365 and Active Directory (AD) migration projects in medium to large organisations.
• Strong understanding of M365 services (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and AD environments (on-premises, hybrid, and Azure AD).
• Proficiency in M365 migration tools (e.g., Microsoft FastTrack, Quest Migration Manager, BitTitan MigrationWiz).
• Hands-on experience with AD migration processes, including domain consolidation, user account migration, and group policy management.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies.
