Job summary

The Network, a leading ASX-listed company delivering critical services to millions of Australians, is hiring an experienced Project Coordinator to join the growing project delivery team. With 5+ years in project coordination, you will support a portfolio of technology projects and partner with Project Managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and strong governance.

You will manage RAID logs, schedules, reporting, and procurement, contribute to PMO

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in project coordination, PMO, or project support.
Experience supporting technology, digital, or infrastructure projects.
Strong governance, reporting, scheduling, RAID management, and admin skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, actions, and governance activities.
Support project scheduling, reporting, and delivery coordination.
Raise and manage purchase orders and project financial administration.
Assist with project documentation, templates, and PMO processes.
Support development and improvement of delivery frameworks and governance standards.
Collaborate with Project Managers, stakeholders, and technology teams.
Coordinate activities to meet timelines and deliver value.
Prepare status reports, meeting packs, and governance docs.
Track milestones, actions, and dependencies across initiatives.
