Job summary

Transgrid is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide high-level administrative, operational and project coordination support to the General Managers of Infrastructure Delivery and Delivery Services and Strategy Enablement.

You will coordinate governance activities, manage calendars and travel, prepare agendas and reports, and support procurement, invoicing and cost tracking while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, project coordination or program support roles, ideally within infrastructure, construction, engineering, utilities or other project-based environments.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholder requirements.
• Strong written and communication skills, with experience preparing reports, presentations, project documentation and correspondence to a high standard.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and document management systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes. A current Australian driver's licence is also required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance and project activities, including meetings, workshops and project forums, preparing agendas, reports, presentations and minutes.
• Provide executive, project and operational support across the team, including calendar and travel management, event coordination, project documentation, registers, reporting and records.
• Facilitate effective project and stakeholder coordination, supporting financial and commercial administration such as procurement, contractor engagement, invoices processing and cost tracking, while acting as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders to enable clear communication and collaboration.
