Job summary

OpusV is seeking an Operations Technician in Melbourne to provide technical support across desktops, hosting services and networking. You will work with your team to diagnose and remediate issues, remotely set up devices when needed, roll out software patches and contribute to the IT strategy for OpusV and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT troubleshooting environment.
• Applicant must have the legal right to work in Australia.
• Must be able to attend the Melbourne Office at least 3 days a week.
• Must have a valid Australian driver's licence and access to reliable transport to client sites.
