Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering IT projects across multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel across Australia as required.
• Broad technical skills spanning networking, systems administration, and security.
• Experience with VOIP, CCTV, and hardware deployments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects, deployments, upgrades, and change management across sites.
• Travel to sites across Australia to support onboarding, audits, and incidents.
• Manage wired/wireless networks, Microsoft 365, and Windows environments.
• Be the primary escalation point for IT incidents and service issues.
• Maintain IT asset registers and conduct site audits across the portfolio.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors to meet service standards.
• Provide end-to-end L1–L3 IT support across sites and business units.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT systems and processes.
