Insurance Commission of Western Australia seeks a highly organised IT Coordinator to support IT contracts, vendors and day-to-day service delivery. You will maintain contract registers, vendor records and financial documentation, while coordinating meetings and ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.

In this role you will track milestones, budgets and assets, escalate risks promptly, and prepare governance documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on administrative and coordination support across IT contracts, vendors, finance, meetings, records and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate contract registers, licensing information, vendor records, schedules and operational records.
• Coordinate vendor and stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up.
• Track contract milestones, renewals, service requests, expenditure, budgets and assets; escalate delays or risks.
• Prepare reports, templates, procedures and documentation to support decision-making.
• Support governance, audit and compliance through disciplined record keeping.
