Job summary

Capital Transport and Logistics Group Pty Ltd is seeking an Operations Officer in Western Australia. The role reports to the Contracts Operations Manager and works closely with Contracts Manager to manage client and sub-contractor relationships, KPI reporting, and WH&S compliance.

The successful candidate will coordinate contracts bookings, logging in the Transport Management System, and ensure timely communication and resolutions with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Provide admin support to the Contracts Department and assist with reporting as required.
• Assist with booking contracts jobs including scheduling and despatching within deadlines.
• Monitor KPI targets and prepare client reports as directed by the Contracts Manager or Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety guidelines for sub-contractors and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Contracts Department and assist with end-of-period reporting.
• Assist with booking of contracts jobs and scheduling with client alignment.
• Review and log client and subcontractor queries and resolve within stated timeframes.
• Maintain accurate records in the Transport Management System (TMS) and Notepad.
• Visit clients to strengthen relationships and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Administration on damage claims and customer complaints within required timelines.
