Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking four Contract Coordinators/Administrators for roles in the Perth metropolitan area. The positions support maintenance and asset management programs across critical facilities with immediate start and a 6-month contract.

Ideal candidates will have contract coordination or administration experience, strong stakeholder skills, and proficiency with MS Office and asset management systems. Four roles across Perth locations offer exposure to major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contract Coordination or related roles in infrastructure or utilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience managing contractors in infrastructure/engineering environments.
• Understanding of contract management, procurement and tendering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
• Full Australian working rights and a C-Class driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and asset management activities across operational infrastructure assets.
• Work with Planning, Scheduling and Operations teams.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and service providers to meet schedules.
• Administer contracts in accordance with procurement, governance and compliance requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure safety and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate quotation requests, contractor engagement and contract award activities.
• Prepare reports, progress updates and contract documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records within contract management and asset management systems.
• Support maintenance, operations and project delivery teams to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions.
