With broad ownership across store technology, infrastructure, security and vendor management, you will shape IT strategy, establish operating models, and lead the growth of an internal team as new stores open locally and

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield IT projects and store technology implementations.
• Design infrastructure, systems and support processes.
• Take ownership of POS and store technology, providing hands-on support.
• Manage technology vendors and external service providers.
• Develop IT standards, policies, documentation and security practices.
• Build and lead an internal IT team as the organisation grows.
• Support IT requirements for new store openings, including future international locations.
• Shape how technology enables domestic and international expansion.
