Job summary

With hybrid working from our Bella Vista head office, you will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget while delivering high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering enterprise IT projects in large-scale environments.
• Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ICT systems design.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement across complex programs.
• Experience navigating matrixed organisations and multi-brand environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of key projects with governance and budget oversight.
• Define and document project plans balancing scope, timelines and resources.
• Inspire cross-functional squads to hit milestones while managing quality and cost.
• Manage scheduling, risk mitigation and financial stewardship.
• Communicate updates to executives and governance forums.
• Identify bottlenecks early and craft solutions to keep critical paths clear.
