Job summary

Clark Rubber in Melbourne is seeking a senior IT leader to drive technology transformation across our national retail and distribution network. Reporting to the General Manager Finance & IT, you’ll shape strategy, oversee ERP, POS, eCommerce, infrastructure and cloud services, and lead a small internal team plus external partners.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ IT experience with 3–5 years leading an IT function or team.
• Experience in multi-site retail, franchising, or distribution environments.
• Strong ERP implementation/optimisation experience, ideally Pronto or similar.
• Experience across POS, eCommerce, systems integration, infrastructure and enterprise applications.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager Finance & IT, you’ll lead the technology environment supporting our National Support Office, distribution operations, eCommerce channels and national store network.

You’ll manage a small internal team and a network of external technology partners, with responsibility spanning enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, data governance and service delivery.

A key priority will be providing technology leadership for the implementation of Pronto 780 and its successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

• Develop and deliver Clark Rubber’s technology strategy and roadmap
• Lead the implementation, integration and ongoing optimisation of Pronto 780
• Oversee ERP, POS, eCommerce, infrastructure, cloud services and business applications
• Strengthen cybersecurity, data governance, disaster recovery and business continuity
• Improve system reliability, service delivery and the technology experience across the business
• Lead major technology projects, operational improvements and critical incident response
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts and managed-service providers
• Lead, coach and develop a small internal IT team

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in IT, including 3–5 years leading an IT function or team
• Experience within multi-site retail, franchising, distribution or a similarly complex environment
• Strong ERP implementation and optimisation experience, ideally with Pronto or a comparable platform
• Experience across POS, eCommerce, systems integration, infrastructure and enterprise applications
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud services, service management and business continuity
• Commercial experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts and external technology partners
• A practical, collaborative leadership style with the ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes
• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent senior-level experience
