Job summary

Morgan Consulting partners with a successful Australian organisation to recruit a hands-on Head of IT who will lead technology strategy, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, supplier management and transformation initiatives. You will manage a small internal technology team, own governance, security, and integration initiatives while shaping the future IT landscape with external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Head of IT or similar leadership role.
• Hands-on leadership with MS 365 and Dynamics 365 Finance experience.
• Strong understanding of PCI, privacy, risk and compliance.
• Experience with security frameworks (CISM, CISSP, ITIL) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Manage cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance.
• Oversee enterprise applications, integration and vendor roadmaps.
• Lead vendor management, SLAs and commercial negotiations.
• Mentor a small internal technology team and drive continuous improvement.
