Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a result-driven Request Fulfilment Coordinator to support delivery of service requests across a mission-critical environment. You’ll work with customers, governance stakeholders and delivery teams to manage requests from receipt to completion, ensuring priorities and outcomes remain visible.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent requests or activities while managing priorities, dependencies, risks and timeframes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide progress updates and support positive service outcomes.
• Experience developing effective working relationships across operational, technical and customer teams.
• Capability in maintaining records, tracking performance measures and producing accurate service reporting.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a practical approach to resolving issues and responding to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, triage and assign service requests and related tasks to the appropriate service delivery teams.
• Coordinate request approvals and prioritisation with customer and governance stakeholders, providing clear updates throughout the request lifecycle.
• Track concurrent activities, dependencies, risks and completion timeframes, engaging relevant teams to address issues and maintain progress.
• Maintain accurate service request records and metrics, support performance reporting, and identify opportunities to improve fulfilment processes and service efficiency.
