Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking a highly organized Service Delivery Coordinator to support the IT services across our global retail network. You will coordinate store technology deployments, manage schedules, support procurement activities, and ensure vendors, stakeholders and internal teams stay aligned to deliver key projects and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, administration, project support, or operational coordination.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating schedules, resources, vendors or project activities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and confident communicator across technical and non-technical teams.
• Exposure to procurement, purchasing or logistics processes would be highly regarded.
• Experience working with IT service management tools is advantageous.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks, solve problems and continuously improve processes.
