Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to ensure reliable IT operations across multiple sites. You will lead the ICT team, oversee service desk delivery, and manage end-user devices, networks, and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary IT qualification.
• Experience leading a customer-focused ICT team.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site ICT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the ICT Service Desk, manage incidents and metrics.
• Oversee Google Cloud, email/telephony, Workspace/Identity, backups and DR.
• Maintain LAN/WAN networks and hardware lifecycle from procurement to decommission.
• Identify and manage IT projects to improve services and delivery.
