Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery, operation and sustainment of critical ICT infrastructure.
• Oversee lifecycle management of hardware and infrastructure assets.
• Manage resources including facilities, power, cooling and space.
• Monitor incidents and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Provide technical leadership and promote continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation and asset records.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and vendors to support delivery.
• Aid security, compliance and governance requirements.
• Monitor performance, capacity and utilisation trends for planning.
• Drive improvement initiatives to optimise systems and processes.
