Job summary

Quad Services, a well-established Australian cleaning industry company, is seeking an experienced Help Desk and IT Support (Level 1) at its Head Office in Artarmon. This full‑time role offers a 70K–80K salary plus super and is anchored at the Artarmon office.

You will install and configure computer systems, support end users with software and hardware issues, and manage staff onboarding and offboarding. A strong Windows 10/11 background, Office skills, AD/Entra ID experience, and good

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in IT Support / Service Desk.
• Windows 10/11 expertise.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• PC hardware knowledge.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Experience with Windows servers.
• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Ability to get stuff done.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer systems and applications.
• Support end users solving software & hardware problems.
• Manage onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding of staff.
• Oversee the equipment asset register including status of equipment usability.
