Job summary

Arthrex Australia & New Zealand is hiring a Helpdesk Support Officer to join a regional APAC IT team. The role is based onsite at Frenchs Forest, NSW, with occasional travel to the ANZ warehouse and interstate trips.

You will provide Level 1 and 2 IT support for hardware and software, resolve issues, install and maintain devices, and work with global IT teams to deploy updates. We seek a candidate with at least 4 years of technical support experience, strong customer service, and proficiency in

Qualifications

4+ years of technical/systems support experience.
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or MIS preferred.
Strong customer service background and ability to explain tech to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 onsite and remote support for hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, computers, printers and peripherals.
Collaborate with IT and regional/global teams to deploy products/OS upgrades and support end users.
Manage IT projects, document status, and coordinate with outsourced end-user vendors in the ANZ region.
Research and evaluate tech options, costs and market trends to meet user needs.
Provide complex technical support per SLAs and escalate when needed.
Support for network and data centre analysts on projects and in routine tasks.
