Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Desk Analyst.
• Experience supporting AD, Windows 10, Office 365, ERP systems.
• Experience in customer-facing technology roles.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for IT issues and queries.
• Provide IT support over the phone, emails and face to face.
• Log, triage, and troubleshoot first level IT requests and incidents.
• User administration – onboarding and offboarding.
• 1st level support for AD, Windows 10, Office 365, ERP systems.
• Participate in various IT projects and initiatives.
