Job summary

Unisys Field Engineer position in Sydney involves installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer products including desktops and peripherals. You will perform fault investigation and resolution in a deskside support environment, ensuring high-quality service across all touchpoints.

This role requires experience with desktop and server hardware, software installation and troubleshooting, and supporting a corporate Windows environment. NV1 security clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum experience in supporting a Deskside support environment
• Experience with desktop, server hardware, software installation and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting a corporate Windows environment
• NV1 security clearance must have for this role

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain and service computer products and peripherals
• Perform fault investigation and resolution in a deskside support environment
• Provide deskside support and customer service across transactions
• Support a corporate Windows environment with hardware and software troubleshooting
• Test and Tag experience is highly regarded
