Job summary

Harrison McMillan Pty Ltd is seeking a Technical Change Analyst (APS6 level) to support a Federal Government Department in Canberra. The role focuses on preparing and implementing change and training artefacts for ICT delivery projects to move from current to future states.

Deliverables include discovery packs, change management planning, stakeholder communications, benefits realisation support, and training content development such as guides and online modules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience delivering ICT change outcomes in complex projects.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and applying them to ICT delivery.
• Experience in assessing training needs and creating user guides and online courses.
• Ability to prepare communication plans and deliver timely content as required by the business.
• Experience in benefits realisation and providing evidence-based outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Persuasive oral and written communication abilities including negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement change and training artefacts to support stakeholders and end users.
• Develop discovery packs with problem statements, stakeholder maps and journey maps.
• Support change management and communications planning for business and end users.
• Contribute to communication content such as emails, intranet posts, FAQs and updates.
• Contribute to benefits realisation plans and collect baseline data, metrics, and success indicators.
