Job summary

The University of Western Australia is seeking a System Analyst to shape and optimise IT Asset Management across a world-class university environment. You will support delivery of asset lifecycle management, asset reconciliation, and disposal, collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Service Management (ITSM) or Service Delivery environments, with knowledge of asset lifecycle management principles and processes.
• Demonstrated experience supporting hardware and software asset management in complex enterprises.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to identify process improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ITAM services: hardware/software lifecycle, reconciliation, compliance, disposal.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors and stakeholders to improve asset management processes and efficiency.
• Contribute to CI initiatives, ServiceNow requests/incidents, governance and tech investment business cases.
