Job summary

The University of Western Australia (UWA) is seeking a System Analyst to shape and optimise IT Asset Management capabilities within our world-class university environment. Join a collaborative technology team supporting innovative teaching, research and digital transformation initiatives.

This is a full-time ongoing appointment with a base salary of AU$99,040–AU$104,669 plus 17% superannuation. You will support ITAM services, collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders, and contribute to

Qualifications

Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Service Management (ITSM) or Service Delivery environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of IT Asset Management services, including lifecycle management, reconciliation and disposal.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors and stakeholders to improve processes and service delivery.
Contribute to continuous improvement, ServiceNow requests/incidents, vendor engagement and governance.
