Job summary

SVHA (St Vincent's Health Australia) seeks an IT Asset Analyst to support end-to-end management of over 44,000 assets across healthcare, research, and aged care environments. You will ensure accurate, complete, and compliant handling of devices, software licenses, and peripherals.

In this role, you will work within ITAM, HAM and SAM modules in ITSM, maintain CMDB accuracy, lifecycle tracking, provisioning, and licensing compliance while partnering with Finance, Procurement and Cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management in complex environments.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate asset records and licensing compliance.
• Ability to work with Finance, Procurement and Cybersecurity stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end asset lifecycle processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain high-quality asset records in the CMDB and ITSM platforms.
• Collaborate with EUC, Cybersecurity, Procurement and Finance to support reporting and cost transparency.
• Identify cost-optimisation opportunities and support renewals and budgeting.
