Job summary

St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking an IT Asset Analyst to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of over 44,000 assets across healthcare, research and aged care sectors. You will support HAM/SAM modules, CMDB accuracy, licensing, and cost transparency while collaborating with Finance, Procurement and Cybersecurity.

The role involves ongoing asset discovery, process improvement, and documentation to enable scalable asset operations and audit readiness within the ITSM platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ITSM systems.
• Strong data accuracy and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ISO standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end asset lifecycle processes and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain asset records in the CMDB and support licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Cybersecurity to align asset data and reporting.
• Assist with cost transparency, budgeting and cost optimisation opportunities.
• Support rollout of ITAM modules within ITSM platforms and maintain documentation.
