Job summary

This full-time, ongoing role supports IT Asset Management services across a large enterprise, collaborating with IT teams and vendors to optimise asset lifecycle processes and governance.

You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ServiceNow management and technology investments while aligning with UWA’s strategic IT services goals and compliance

Qualifications

• ITAM/ITSM or service delivery experience with asset lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting hardware and software asset management in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Well-developed communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of IT Asset Management services, including hardware and software lifecycle management, asset reconciliation, compliance activities and asset disposal.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors and business stakeholders to improve asset management processes, service delivery outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ServiceNow request and incident management, governance activities and business case development for technology investments.
