Job summary

Road & Civil Surveys is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to own our management systems and TAO/ISO compliance, keeping audits ready and driving improvements across the business from training to records. This role is based in Gregory Hills, NSW, with close collaboration across field crews and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, quality or management systems coordination — ISO or TAO (Technical Authorised Organisation TfNSW) exposure highly regarded.
• Confident coordinating audits, document control and corrective action processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, across all levels from field crews to management.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Detail-focused, comfortable with records, registers and document control.
• Works autonomously and prioritises well in a fast-moving business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management system compliance and document tasks to keep the business audit-ready.
• Manage compliance actions, document reviews and corrective actions.
• Maintain the document control system.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Drive system and compliance improvements, working with external certification bodies.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and induction for all new starters as per Company workflow.
• Coordinate employees undertaking and completing training modules.
• Organise internal and external training, including toolbox talks.
• Maintain compliance, training and licence/competency registers.
• Ensure the accuracy of records across the business.
• Monthly reporting as required.
