Job summary

Metro Assist seeks a Quality, Risk and Compliance Coordinator to help maintain governance, risk, compliance and assurance systems across our services in Campsie. You will coordinate assurance activities, identify gaps, drive corrective actions, and prepare reports to support accreditation readiness, including ISO 27001.

The role is hybrid, based in Sydney, NSW, reporting to the Head of Operations & Technology and working across risk, quality, information security and WHS.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating governance, risk, compliance and assurance systems across services.
• Ability to identify gaps and drive corrective actions across multiple domains.
• Preparation of reports and support for accreditation readiness (ISO 27001).
