Job summary

Snap Fresh in Crestmead, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to manage stock movements across central and local warehouses and support forecasting. You will work with the Planning Manager and Transport Coordinator to ensure stock availability, accuracy, and timely updates for customers while coordinating with external logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience within the logistics industry.
• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in FMCG or fast-paced environments desirable.
• Strong data modelling and analytical capabilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience using 3PL/4PL management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Australian warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory movements across central and local warehouses.
• Track real-time inventory levels using management systems.
• Coordinate stock movements with Transport Coordinator.
• Collaborate with Planning team to forecast future requirements.
• Inform customers of inventory updates and changes.
• Liaise with external warehouse and logistics partners.
• Oversee regular stock counts and ensure accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and supplier performance.
• Work with Finance on inventory-related claims.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, expiry dates, and losses.
• Support safety-focused workplace practices.
