Job summary

CS Executive Group in Victoria is seeking a Senior Inventory Controller/Inventory Manager for a hands-on leadership role across Purchasing, Manufacturing, Production and Warehousing. You will own inventory accuracy for raw materials, WIP and finished goods, drive cycle counting, reconciliations and sustainable inventory controls in a fast-paced FMCG/pharma setting.

The role requires five years of inventory experience in regulated environments, strong ERP skills (SAP/NetSuite) and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

Five years’ experience in inventory control or materials planning.
Experience in regulated FMCG/pharma or similar environments.
Hands-on responsibility for raw materials, WIP and finished goods inventory.
Experience managing large SKU volumes across multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of cycle counting, stocktakes and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Act as the business lead for inventory control across all products and locations.
Design and implement inventory-control processes across Purchasing, Manufacturing, Production and Warehousing.
Develop and manage cycle-counting and stocktake calendars across internal and external locations.
Reconcile physical stock counts against ERP records and investigate variances.
Ensure approved inventory adjustments are recorded in SAP and NetSuite.
Lead monthly SLOB reporting and develop actions to minimise obsolete stock and write-offs.
Produce monthly inventory reports and KPI analysis for management and Finance.
