Job summary

Tradezone Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking two self-motivated Stock Controllers for a part-time permanent role in our Helensvale warehouse. This role requires hands-on work, accurate stock management, and teamwork to support fast-paced operations.

You will maintain stock levels, assist with inventory reporting, coordinate with Purchasing and Operations, and help drive continuous improvements. Shift is Monday to Friday 9:00am–3:00pm with occasional Saturdays; the role offers consistent hours

Qualifications

• Previous stock controller or inventory management experience (essential).
• Valid forklift licence required at the time of application.
• 1–2 years in stock control or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy demonstrated in prior roles.
• Sound understanding of inventory management principles and discrepancy investigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate stock levels within the distribution centre.
• Assist with inventory reporting and stock movement analysis.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations teams to support operations.
• Handle regular warehouse movement and some manual handling tasks.

We have Distribution Centres located throughout Australia, including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and our Head Office on the Gold Coast.

To support our continued growth, we're seeking two self-motivated and professional Stock Controllers to join our dynamic Warehousing team on a Part-time permanent position based in our Gold Coast (Helensvale) location on the following shift:

Monday to Friday - 9:00am-3:00pm

Occasional Saturdays or overtime may be required per needs of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a team-focused environment

Success is dependent on your ability to manage and maintain accurate stock levels within the Distribution Centre. Your keen eye and high attention to detail will ensure continuous improvement within the Warehouse and key to its ongoing Operations. Coordination with our Purchasing and Operations teams require high-level interpersonal skills to assist with inventory reporting and stock movement analysis. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in a Stock Controller or inventory-focused role (essential)
• Valid forklift licence (LO or LF) is required at the time of application
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in stock control or inventory management is required
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, proven in your most recent role
• Sound understanding of inventory management principles
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and problem-solve effectively
• Please note, this role involves regular warehouse movement and some manual handling tasks.
