Job summary

Tip Top Bakeries in Perth, WA, is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our Canning Vale team and help ensure warehouse and inventory operations run safely, efficiently and accurately. You will own inventory movements, inbound deliveries and SAP accuracy, with a focus on FIFO, stock integrity and continuous improvement while building strong stakeholder relationships across the site.

Reporting to the Raw Material & Inventory Control Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, inventory control or supply chain operations.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong SAP experience is highly desirable.
• Current forklift licence with high reach and counterbalance experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety and warehouse compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing inbound deliveries and inventory receipts
• Maintaining accurate inventory transactions and stock records in SAP
• Monitoring inventory levels and supporting FIFO processes
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality and CoR requirements
• Investigating inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
• Supporting warehouse KPI reporting and process improvements
• Working closely with operational stakeholders to resolve inventory and supply issues
• Driving a strong safety culture across warehouse operations
