Qube Logistics & Infrastructure (QL&I) is seeking an Inventory Controller to join the Moorebank Warehouse team. You will manage inventory accuracy, support warehouse operations, and ensure customer stock is handled efficiently, driving process improvements and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Experience in logistics/warehousing or supply chain.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage all inventory requirements across warehouse operations.
• Coordinate cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Monitor stock availability and inventory accuracy through system reviews.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, losses and damaged stock.
• Complete inventory reconciliations and maintain stock records.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly inventory reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with warehouse teams to maintain stock integrity and service levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across inventory processes.
• Liaise with customers regarding inventory enquiries and reporting requirements.
• Assist with freight checking, labelling and stock verification as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, CoR, and procedures.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all inventory requirements within the warehouse, ensuring stock accuracy, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance with customer and business requirements.

You will play a critical role in supporting warehouse operations, maintaining inventory integrity, and driving process improvements that enhance service delivery and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all inventory requirements across warehouse operations.
